HOW TO USE

Apply liberally: Don’t be stingy! A good rule of thumb is to use about an ounce (a shot glass full) for your entire body.
Apply everywhere: Sunscreen goes on all exposed skin, including your face, ears, neck, lips (use a lip balm with SPF), tops of your feet, and even the backs of your hands. Don’t forget areas like under your chin and around your eyes.
Apply beforehand: Sunscreen needs time to activate. Apply it at least 30 minutes before heading outdoors, even on cloudy days.
