Wash your face with a gentle cleanser before and after wearing a mask.
Avoid harsh exfoliants or strong acne treatments that can make the skin sensitive.
Use lukewarm water instead of hot water.

Apply a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer before wearing your mask.
Hydrate using ingredients like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, or aloe vera.
4. Apply Minimum Makeup
Steer clear of heavy foundation or concealer as they clog pores when the mask is on.
In case of application, apply oil-free and breathable makeup.
5. Change & Clean Your Mask
Clean the reusable masks every day using mild detergent.
Disposable masks need to be changed regularly so that there is no buildup of bacteria.
6. Take Mask Breaks
If possible, remove your mask every 2-3 hours for a few minutes in a safe area.
7. Friction Protection
Apply a barrier cream such as petroleum jelly or zinc oxide to irritation-prone areas.
Wear a silk or satin liner under your mask for less friction.
